We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join the team at Fresh Movement as the Head of Delivery.

Fresh Movement is a full-service brand experience agency, who focus on creating disruptive campaigns, strategies and experiences that foster advocacy.

The Head of Delivery at Fresh Movement will lead the production team, ensuring the success of all projects through strategic planning and operational excellence. This role involves managing the production framework, overseeing quality standards, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong client communications and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Coordination

    • Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while meeting our quality standards and production targets.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimise production capacity
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimise production costs.
    • Innovate and improve production processes, monitoring production costs and optimising resource utilisation.

Team Management & Development

  • Manage and develop production team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
  • Be responsible for risk management.

Operational Excellence & Process Oversight

    • Driving excellence across creative production – keeping ahead of the latest developments and effectively communicating what this means for clients.
    • Oversee Production logistics – briefing, planning, creative, execution and wrap ups.
    • Ensure all suppliers have been onboarded to the Fresh Movement standard

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

    • Liaise with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align production capabilities with market demands and new projects.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support overall business goals.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of capital investments.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective production while maintaining high standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop a production team.
  • Strategic Planning: Expertise in creating and implementing production strategies and processes.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Keen eye for detail to ensure all content meets high-quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the production process.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to driving continuous improvement in production processes and team performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or production management can be advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and industry standards.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
