We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join the team at Fresh Movement as a Relationship Firestarter.

Fresh Movement is a full-service brand experience agency, who focus on creating disruptive campaigns, strategies and experiences that foster advocacy.

We do this for some of the world’s largest tech brands on the planet. They’re on a mission to disrupt the way brands communicate & achieving this requires amazing people. And this is where you come in… we’re looking for the right candidate who can bed into our existing team, you must be bright, creative, with a passion for technology.

The Relationship Firestarter will play a crucial role in our team by finding and qualifying prospects, delivering Fresh Movement credentials, and ultimately resulting in more pitch meetings for the wider team to deliver and close. This role is essential for driving our business development efforts and expanding our client base.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification and Qualification: Research and identify potential leads that align with our target client profile. Utilise various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and online research to gather contact details and qualify prospects.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and clients. Track interactions and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Credential Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments for the wider team. Ensure that all necessary materials and information are prepared and shared with the team in advance.
  • Ongoing Communication: Keep in touch with prospects from credential meetings who won’t activate within 12 months, keeping them engaged and informed.
Target Audience

Our ideal audience consists of business leaders, budget holders, and decision-makers in the technology and gaming sectors. These individuals typically hold global or regional director roles in marketing, sales, customer loyalty or HR. We are interested in engaging with people who want to deliver disruptive campaigns across Europe or the Globe

Tone and Approach

The tone and approach for this role should be consultative, emphasising mutual opportunities and value for both parties. The Relationship Firestarter should use the most effective communication channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, or meeting at industry events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:Proven track record in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone and through email.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Proactive: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and driving results.
