ACCOUNT MANAGER

We're looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes client relationships. You will be the bridge between our clients and our creative, strategy and production teams, making sure projects land on time, on budget and above expectations. You are organised, proactive and brilliant at keeping everyone aligned. Most importantly, you care about the work and want to help brands build real fandom.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned client accounts
- Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables across campaigns and experiences
- Write clear and actionable briefs that set creative teams up for success
- Lead client calls, status updates and presentations with confidence
- Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively pitch new ideas
- Coordinate internal teams across creative, production, strategy and social
- Track project profitability and flag risks early
- Ensure all deliverables meet Fresh Movement quality standards before going to client
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in account management at a creative, experiential or digital agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and commercial conversations with clients
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- A genuine interest in gaming, tech, entertainment or youth culture
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with gaming or tech clients
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
- Understanding of experiential marketing and live events
- Existing relationships within the gaming or entertainment industry
